Sarah J. Briones, Esq

After graduating from Boston College in 1988, Attorney Briones attended Suffolk University Law School where she received her JD degree with honors.
Attorney Briones has over 30 years of experience representing clients in Federal and Massachusetts Courts including Civil, Criminal and Probate and Family Court. Prior to attending law school, Sarah worked for a large insurance Company in Boston. During law school, she worked for a well known personal injury firm also in Boston and was hired as an Associate upon graduation. After working there for several years, Attorney Briones opened her own practice where she has been ever since. Her success relies upon word of mouth referrals and she insists that every client is treated with respect and integrity.

Tammie M. Baum, Esq

After graduating from Northeastern University in 2007, Attorney Baum attended New England Law Boston where she received her JD degree with honors.
Attorney Baum has experience representing clients in Civil, Criminal, and Probate and Family Court. Prior to attending law school, Tammie worked in many areas of the law including, Debt Collection and Personal Injury, as well as worked for the City of Boston as a Constituent Liaison. During law school, she interned at Merrimack Valley Legal Services where she received a complete understanding of the Probate and Family Court System. Upon graduation, Tammie worked in a General Practice law practice where she was able to hone her skills

Evan Bell, Esq
Senior Associate
Evan P. Bell is a senior associate at Briones Law Group, in Marlborough Massachusetts. A graduate of Wheaton College (MA) and New England Law| Boston, Evan focuses solely on Domestic Relations. As part of his practice, he represents clients in divorces, paternity actions, guardianships, prenuptial agreements and as a guardian ad litem, and discovery master. Evan volunteers as ARC counsel and does pro bono work for local domestic violence nonprofits. Evan previously served as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Committee and the Boston Bar Association Family Law Steering Committee. Evan has also been previously named as a “Rising Star” for Massachusetts Super Lawyers on multiple occasions.

Olivia Winship, Esq
Attorney
Olivia obtained her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science with Honors and a minor in Philosophy of Law from University of Massachusetts Boston in 2018. Then, in 2021 she obtained her J.D., cum laude, from New England Law | Boston.
Olivia was a recipient of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship, which provides full tuition to law students who show exceptional academic promise. She also received the New England Law Scholar Award for finishing in the top 9% of her class and gained invaluable experience working as a Rule 3:03 Student Attorney, where she represented low-income litigants in divorce actions and various criminal matters. She has experience representing clients through all facets of family law cases including, but not limited to, divorces, custody proceedings, 209A actions, post-judgment matters, and more. Olivia specializes in providing compassionate and cost-effective advocacy while working closely with clients to address their distinct needs.
